Policy for all Returns

You may request a return on an item within 3 days of receiving a damaged item or 14 days of receiving the product for any other return reason.

  • Order Number and Product Description must be provided correctly.
  • All returns require pictures of the front label where product name and flavor (if applicable) are visible.
  • All returns require a picture of the Lot# and Expiration Date
  • If item is damaged, clumped, moldy, etc, A picture of the damages is required.

Policy for Items Ordered by "Mistake" / No Longer want

In order to receive a full refund for a product you ordered by "mistake" or decided you don't want any more. the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Packaging must be not damaged
  • You, the customer, pays the return shipping.
